Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Licensed Title Agent Marketer to join our team. This role involves promoting our title services within the real estate and financial sectors, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mortgage processes, underwriting, and financial services, with experience in loan origination and loan officer functions. Duties * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote title services to real estate agents, lenders, and financial institutions * Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry stakeholders * Educate potential clients on title insurance processes, escrow procedures, and related legal requirements * Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure compliance with FNMA guidelines, Fair Housing regulations, TILA, and other relevant laws * Assist in preparing contracts, loan documentation, and related legal paperwork * Conduct closings with and understand of loan and title documents. * Stay informed about changes in mortgage servicing, escrow procedures, and banking regulations * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence Requirements * Valid licensing as a Title Agent with Florida. * Proven experience in mortgage servicing, loan origination, or related financial services roles * Strong knowledge of FNMA guidelines, underwriting standards, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing laws * Familiarity with mortgage processes including credit analysis, escrow management, loan processing, and contracts * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly * Proficiency in basic math skills including 10-key typing for data entry and calculations * Ability to analyze financial documents accurately and efficiently * Knowledge of banking procedures and legal compliance requirements within the mortgage industry * Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively This position is integral to our success in providing trusted title services while fostering growth through strategic marketing efforts.
