Full description of the position
Sales Representative (Miami, FL | Global Market | Onsite/Hybrid) Sell globally. Drive growth. Represent the #1 brand in marine parts. * Why This Role Matters At Diesel Pro Power, our customers rely on us for critical diesel engine and marine transmission parts -- fast, accurate, and worldwide. As Sales Representative, you'll be the face and voice of our company , building relationships with mechanics, fleet operators, and marine businesses across the globe. This isn't order-taking. This is strategic selling : prospecting new accounts, growing existing customers, and positioning Diesel Pro Power as the trusted partner in the marine market. If you know engines, can close deals, and thrive in a target-driven environment, this is where you belong. * What You 'll Do * Prospect and build pipelines globally -- mechanics, shipyards, fleets, distributors. * Manage and grow accounts with proactive follow-up and relationship building. * Present solutions to customers -- from single parts to large orders. * Negotiate and close deals with confidence and integrity. * Leverage our CRM to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline health. * Stay sharp on engine and transmission knowledge; become a trusted product advisor. * Represent Diesel Pro Power at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. * Deliver accurate sales forecasts and adapt strategy to meet targets. * What Success Looks Like * Consistent quota attainment and revenue growth. * Customers view you as their go-to partner , not just another rep. * Zero dropped leads or missed follow-ups in CRM. * High conversion rates from prospecting efforts. * Active presence in industry networks and events. * What We 're Looking For * Proven sales experience (marine, diesel, or heavy equipment sales preferred). * Strong knowledge of engine & transmission functionality (repair, maintenance, service). * Hunter mindset: motivated, persistent, and resourceful. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. * CRM experience; disciplined with pipeline management. * Associates Degree or equivalent experience. * Must pass background check. * Bonus: multilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) for global market coverage. * Why Diesel Pro Power?
