Prism Roofing is hiring entry level sales reps to help homeowners after storms and generate inspections for our sales team. This is an outside, face-to-face role. If you are competitive, energetic, and comfortable talking to people, this job can pay very well and open the door to a real sales career. This role is a great fit for former athletes, people who enjoy competition, or anyone who likes being outdoors and staying active. If you hate sitting behind a desk, this is for you. What you 'll be doing You will work in storm-affected neighborhoods, talk with homeowners, and help set inspections for roof damage. You are not climbing roofs or doing repairs. Your job is to start conversations, educate homeowners, and book appointments. What we 're looking for * Candidates who are outgoing and confident when talking to new people * High energy and a strong work ethic * Candidates who enjoy competition and performance-based pay * Sales experience is a plus but not required Athletes, gym-goers, former servers, bartenders, and people who thrive in competitive environments tend to do very well here. Compensation This is a profit sharing position with no cap. You are paid based on performance, not hours worked. Top reps make significantly more than traditional hourly jobs. Growth and upward mobility This is an entry-level role with real advancement opportunities for high performers. Promotion track: * Sales Rep: set appointments and close your own deals. ($100k to $200k+ per year) * Project Manager: close your own deals and manage your own jobs from start to finish. ($125k to $250k+ per year) * Closer: Focus only on closing deals set by our appointment setting team. No door knocking required. ($150k to 300k+ per year) We promote from within and reward people who produce results and take ownership. Training and support We provide hands-on training, scripts, and daily coaching.
