About the Role We are seeking a confident and motivated Front Desk Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines front desk operations with sales responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, closing sales, and contributing to business growth. You will be the first point of contact for clients while actively promoting and selling service packages. Key Responsibilities * Greet clients and manage front desk operations professionally and efficiently * Present, explain, and sell service packages to new and existing clients * Convert inquiries, calls, and walk-ins into booked appointments and package sales * Handle scheduling, payments, and client check-in/check-out * Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive sales and retention * Maintain accurate client records and daily reports * Communicate effectively with providers and management * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Schedule Requirements * Full-time position: 40 hours per week * Saturday availability is required 9-7, 40 hours/week * Set schedule provided by management Qualifications * Sales experience preferred (front desk, retail, medical spa, wellness, or service-based sales a plus) * bilingual required * Strong communication and customer service skills * Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales * Organized, reliable, and professional * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer and scheduling software skills Compensation & Perks * $180 per shift * Commission on sales packages, monthly income $3,500 up to $8,000 * Training provided * Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance * Supportive and team-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in sales within the wellness, beauty, and plastic surgery industries? * Whats your level of Spanish 1-10? * Whats your level of English 1-10? * How fast you can start? * Are you able to work 4 days per week INCLUDING BOTH WEEKENDS SATURDAY 9AM-7PM AND SUNDAY 9AM-5PM? 40 HOURS/WEEK Work Location: In person
