The Role: Eye Exam Technician & Sales (Spanish Required) This role is sales-driven first. You'll support telehealth eye exams while actively guiding customers to frames, lenses, and upgrades that fit their needs and style. What You 'll Do: * Lead customer interactions and drive eyewear sales * Explain the Moon Optical process and telehealth exam flow * Assist with eye measurements and prep patients for the remote doctor * Recommend frames, lenses, and treatments to maximize satisfaction and sales * Guide customers from selection through checkout * Keep exam rooms and sales floor organized What We 're Looking For: * Eye Exam Technician experience (required) * Fluent Spanish (mandatory) * Strong retail / optical sales background * Comfortable working with telehealth exams * Goal-oriented, confident closer, and fast communicator * Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Application Question(s): * How many years of optical experience do you have?
