The Role: Eye Exam Technician & Sales (Spanish Required) This role is sales-driven first. You'll support telehealth eye exams while actively guiding customers to frames, lenses, and upgrades that fit their needs and style. What You 'll Do:

• Lead customer interactions and drive eyewear sales
• Explain the Moon Optical process and telehealth exam flow
• Assist with eye measurements and prep patients for the remote doctor
• Recommend frames, lenses, and treatments to maximize satisfaction and sales
• Guide customers from selection through checkout
• Keep exam rooms and sales floor organized What We 're Looking For:
• Eye Exam Technician experience (required)
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
• Strong retail / optical sales background
• Comfortable working with telehealth exams
• Goal-oriented, confident closer, and fast communicator
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
