Compensation

: Base Salary + Aggressive Commission (Uncapped) Top performers earn $80,000 -$150,000+ annually

Overview

We are seeking a Cosmetic Sales Representative who can confidently consult, educate, and close patients on high-ticket cosmetic procedures. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into booked procedures while maintaining ethical standards and an exceptional patient experience. If you are uncomfortable discussing money, handling objections, or being held accountable to numbers--this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective patients in person, by phone, and via video
• Present and sell hair transplant and cosmetic treatment plans
• Follow up aggressively with leads and incomplete consultations
• Handle objections related to cost, fear, timing, and expectations
• Close treatment plans ranging from $4,000 to $15,000+
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with medical staff and management to ensure smooth patient flow
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in cosmetic, medical, or high-ticket sales (hair, dental, aesthetics, plastic surgery preferred)
• Proven closing ability (not just lead handling)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing
• Organized, disciplined, and follow-up oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What We Offer
