Responsibilities: As a full-time sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful. Your only focus must be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with any changes after the product is sold. Your responsibilities also include: * Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners * Participation in ongoing sales training during our meetings * Designing new bathrooms using our proprietary software * Delivering pricing and closing sales on a daily basis Pay Details: This is a Commission-only position. Average sales representatives in this industry can make over $100,000 per year. Top producers can make as much as $200,000 per year. Qualifications: * Home improvement related sales experience preferred * Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills * Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline * Ability to work independently * Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings * Loyal, hard-working, and proven * Competitive by nature * Good communication skills * Positive mental attitude and ethical business practices * Independent, disciplined, high achiever Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Experience: * Outbound sales: 2 years (Required) * Home Improvement Sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
