Sales Protege Agent Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position for our 12 month Sales Protege Program. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, and leadership is a plus. Property and Casualty Insurance License required. Responsibilities: * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc. * Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. * Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Qualifications: * Property and Casualty Insurance License * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Desire to own an insurance agency * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Desire to own an insurance agency?
