Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients in the pharmaceutical sector. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities. - Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and improve overall performance. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using Word and other software tools. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
