Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts by assisting with scheduling, inventory, ordering, tracking and other tasks that enhance the efficiency of our sales & install teams. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales support, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Assist the sales team with dispatching leads, helping quote flooring projects, and managing inventory. * Manage account information using CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and updates. * Support outside sales representatives with territory management and scheduling product demos. * Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales support or related roles.. * Familiarity with CRM software, tech, and home improvement projects * Demonstrated experience in account management and customer service excellence. * Strong communication and analytical skills to support our sales team efforts. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
