Customer Service Representative - Property & Casualty Insurance Full-Time - starting at $25+/hour (this is depending on experience & licensing) In-Office Family-Owned Agency Looking for a stable, respected role where your work actually matters? What You 'll Do You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our clients, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident. Responsibilities include: * Assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and certificates * Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care * Supporting Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, general liability, etc.) * Accurately documenting client interactions and policy updates * Working closely with agents to ensure smooth service and follow-through * Helping clients navigate claims questions (no high-pressure sales) Who We 're Looking For We care more about mindset than a perfect r esume.
