Customer Service Representative - Property & Casualty Insurance Full-Time - starting at $25+/hour (this is depending on experience & licensing) In-Office Family-Owned Agency Looking for a stable, respected role where your work actually matters? Responsibilities

include:

• Assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and certificates
• Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care
• Supporting Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, general liability, etc.)
• Accurately documenting client interactions and policy updates
• Working closely with agents to ensure smooth service and follow-through
