JOB DETAILS Job Title: Insurance Account Manager **OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL AGENTS MAKE $5,000 A MONTH IN BONUS* Fast paced and expanding insurance agency is looking to fill several positions for outgoing, ambitious, and aggressive full time Professional Insurance Agents. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with quoting auto and property and must have an excellent phone voice with excellent communication and written skills with a positive attitude. We offer a base salary plus bonuses and benefits. Duties may typically include: -Making calls to prospects who requested quotes via internet -Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas -Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals -Generating quotes and following them up until sale is made -Logging customer interactions for follow-ups -Upselling existing customers -Providing excellent customer service -Relationship building -Interpersonal skills -Computer literate(MS Office) -Confident, self-starter who works well independently -Must have ability to multi-task -Prior 440 or 220 license a plus Job Type: Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
