Inside Sales Representative Sales Department Position Overview At Aircraft Covers Inc., we specialize in creating, designing, and producing premium quality protective aircraft covers and automotive sunshades, meticulously customized to meet our esteemed customers' unique needs and preferences. We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for, but not limited to, supporting the sales team by generating sales leads, developing and maintaining relationships, closing deals, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. Take proactive steps to identify and address customer interests, concerns, and inquiries in a prompt and effective manner. Proficiently convey product features and benefits to prospective clients in a clear and concise manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products. Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively contacting potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels. Maintain persistence and take proactive measures to follow up on quotes provided to customers diligently. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and attain sales goals and targets. Thoroughly examine and verify customer orders to ensure their accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with our internal teams (design, production, shipping, etc) to drive sales and ensure order fulfillment. Provide reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback to management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively adapt to sales strategies accordingly. Additional Responsibilities Work on special assignments (organizing stock, listing our products on eBay and Amazon). Other duties as assigned by your supervisor(s). Required Qualifications & Expectations Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role and a demonstrated proficiency in inside sales and data gathering. Must have strong communication skills, including fluency in English, with excellent proficiency in verbal, written, and reading skills and abilities. Must possess a high level of professionalism when communicating with customers. Must demonstrate confidence, maintain a pleasant demeanor, and remain composed when handling pressure situations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high professionalism and integrity. Must have the ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, ordering system, and production process, as well as demonstrate familiarity with various types of aircraft. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail by consistently asking questions and diligently inspecting work to ensure accuracy. Must have exceptional writing and typing skills with excellent grammar and spelling skills. Must possess computer and phone system literacy (e.g., Mac OS, Windows, FileMaker, Allworx, Pattern Smith, etc.) Additional Required Expectations _Company Policy & Safety Awareness: _Must agree to our policies and ensure best safety practices.
