We're Hiring: Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Auto Insurance) Robaina Insurance Agency is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support and grow our Auto Insurance Department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with clients, servicing policies, and contributing to agency growth through sales support, renewals and cross-selling opportunities. The CSR will manage an existing book of business while also assisting with auto insurance sales, policy servicing, client inquiries, and communication with insurance carriers to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Position Overview This position focuses on: * Servicing and selling auto insurance policies * Assisting clients with policy changes, payments, and coverage questions * Supporting sales efforts through cross-selling and multi-line referrals * Delivering high-quality customer service aligned with Robaina Insurance Agency's standards Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective clients * Sell and service auto insurance policies within the agency's guidelines * Assist clients with endorsements, billing questions, ID cards, and general policy inquiries * Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of insurance and refer them to licensed agents * Communicate with insurance carriers to process changes, resolve issues, and follow up on policy matters * Accurately document client interactions and policy updates in the agency's systems * Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-first approach at all times Compensation * Salary based on customer service and insurance experience * Bonus opportunities available based on: * Auto insurance sales closed * Multi-line referrals to agency agents Preferred Qualifications * Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License required * Previous experience in an Auto Insurance Department strongly preferred * Experience with homeowners or commercial insurance is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment * Clean background check required Job Details * Job Type: Full-time * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Work Location: In-person * Vacation: Paid vacation after one (1) year of employment * Training: Training available for the right candidate How to Apply Please submit your resume to: [please apply online] Qualified candidates will be contacted after resume review.
