Dynasty Custom is a premier manufacturer of custom apparel and branded products, including sublimated sportswear and uniforms, embroidery, screen printing, DTF, promotional items, tents, banners, and flags. We serve teams, schools, leagues, businesses, and organizations nationwide. The Role We're hiring a Sales Representative to join our existing sales team and help grow our customer base while delivering a high level of service to new and current accounts. You'll sell across our full product line and work closely with our internal team to deliver a great customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who's competitive, organized, and enjoys building relationships while consistently moving deals forward. Compensation * Base salary + commission * Commission paid on sales with performance-based incentives * First-year earnings typically range from $60,000 -$100,000 (base + commission); top performers can earn more What You'll Do * Prospect and acquire new customers (outbound + inbound lead follow-up) * Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive outreach and excellent service * Lead the full sales cycle: discovery -> quoting -> follow-up -> close -> order entry * Recommend the right solutions across our product lines (uniforms, apparel, promo, tents, etc.) * Communicate timelines, approvals, and expectations clearly with customers * Coordinate internally with design/production to ensure accurate orders and smooth handoffs * Keep organized notes and pipeline activity to hit weekly/monthly goals * Collaborate with the sales team to share updates, hand off accounts when needed, and hit team targets What We're Looking For Required: * Strong communication skills (phone, email, and video meetings) * Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once * Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM/order systems) Preferred: * Experience selling physical products (apparel, uniforms, promotional products, printing, signage, etc.) * Bachelor's degree (business or related) Benefits * Health insurance * Paid Time off Schedule * Preferred Full-time * Part-time positions maybe available Work Location * Coral Springs, FL (in person) * Remote/hybrid may be available for certain candidates based on experience and ability to work independently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
