Job Overview: Upto 20% Commsion, we are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment. Duties: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives - Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions - Upsell additional products and services - Provide sales support to customers throughout the buying process - Utilize dealership software to manage inventory and customer information Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong public speaking and communication skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Proficiency in retail math for pricing and discounts - Ability to upsell effectively - Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes - Basic math skills for financial calculations Join our team as a Car Sales Executive and embark on a rewarding career in automotive sales!
