Outside Sales Representative Job Type: Full-Time with Benefits Reports To: Sales Manager Locations: Southwest Montana (Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, Big Sky, and surrounding markets) Overview: We are scaling our residential sales engine and looking for a high capacity outside sales professional who knows how to hunt, close, and build lasting customer relationships. This role is a frontline revenue driver. You will be generating new business, managing warm leads, conducting inspections, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process with confidence and professionalism. Benefits and Compensation: Base Salary Plus Commission with no cap Health Insurance with optional add on coverages 401(k) Retirement Plan PTO: 2 Weeks after probationary period Company Phone Provided Mileage Reimbursement must have reliable personal vehicle What You Will Do: * Business Development and Lead Management * Participate in door to door outreach and cold call strategies to generate new opportunities * Convert warm leads into closed deals through disciplined follow up and consultative selling * Actively represent as a brand ambassador in the community to build brand awareness and pipeline momentum * Field Inspections and Customer Guidance * Perform roof inspections including ladder and roof access * Provide professional and clear recommendations based on inspection findings * Educate customers on solutions, processes, timelines, and next steps * Customer Experience and Communication * Deliver exceptional service through active listening and problem solving * Maintain accurate and organized notes and CRM updates to strengthen relationships and ensure timely follow up * Manage customer expectations and uphold ACE's reputation for quality and integrity How to apply: Submit your resume and one of our recruiters will review and reach out.
