Full description of the position
Job Summary We are seeking a fully licensed Insurance Sales Agent with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to join a growing, high- performing agency. This role is ideal for an experienced producer who enjoys building relationships, advising clients, and closing business across multiple lines. You will work with inbound leads and outbound opportunities to deliver tailored insurance solutions while building long-term client relationships. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunity. Base pay plus commission!! Responsibilities * Sell Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products to new and existing clients * Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions * Quote, bind, and issue policies accurately and efficiently * Follow up on leads, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities * Maintain compliance with carrier and state regulations * Provide professional, high-quality service throughout the sales process * Build and manage a personal book of business while contributing to agency growth Qualifications (Required) * Active Property & Casualty license * Active Life & Health license * Prior experience selling insurance products * Strong communication and relationship-building skills .
