Job Summary Responsibilities: -MUST SPEAK SPANISH -Even if you do not speak English- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Assess areas to identify potential sales opportunities - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions - Prepare reports - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Experience: - Student like mentality -Think Win-Win mindset -Ability to identify new sales opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership mindset As a Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge home-improvement products and provide valuable solutions to our clients by providing them with valuable information on county programs to help them get upgrades for their homes. We offer competitive compensation packages for a full time role, which are a mixture of base and commissions. Everyone on the team makes between 70,000-90,000 annually.
