Job Title: Account Manager (Electronics Industry) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with both existing and potential customers in the electronics industry. As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and ensuring the timely delivery of our products. This role requires effective communication with our Taiwan Headquarters and China branch offices to meet customer requirements and objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop new business with existing and new customers, striving to exceed sales targets. * Act as the primary contact for all customer matters, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. * Coordinate with Taiwan Headquarters and China branch offices to communicate customer requirements effectively. * Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. * Prepare detailed reports on account status and sales performance. * Identify growth opportunities within the territory and collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth objectives. * Assist in resolving high-severity customer requests or issue escalations as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics industry. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required (speaking, reading, and writing).
