Position Summary The Part-Time Sales Representative supports the hotel's sales efforts by assisting with client outreach, event coordination, and sales administration. This role works closely with hotel leadership to help drive room nights, group bookings, and local business while delivering excellent customer service. Key Job Duties * Support hotel sales initiatives through client outreach, sales calls, and follow-up communications * Assist with booking group business, meetings, and small events, including proposals, contracts, and confirmations * Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure successful execution of meetings and events * Maintain sales contacts, client databases, and event calendars * Represent the hotel professionally at local networking events, site tours, or trade shows as needed * Prepare basic sales reports and assist with tracking sales activity * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after client stays or events Skills & Qualifications * Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, catering, or customer-facing sales preferred * Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills * Outgoing, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills and comfort using sales or booking systems * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekdays with occasional evenings or weekends Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
