We are looking for Automotive Client Advisors (Sales & Finance) to join our team. We provide the industry's best training to teach you how to handle the entire "A-to-Z" transaction. The Role: A Modern Way to Sell Cars This isn't a traditional sales job where you "hand off" the customer to a finance manager. At FMC, you own the process from start to finish. You will build a direct relationship with your clients by handling both the vehicle selection and the financing structure yourself. What You Will Learn & Do:

• The Sales Process: How to guide customers through our inventory and help them find the perfect vehicle.
• Finance & Insurance (F&I): You will be the Financial Manager for your deals. We will train you to take Credit Applications, work with lenders, and structure approvals.
• Protection Products: Learn how to present and sell Warranty Sales and GAP insurance to protect our customers' investments.
• Relationship Management: Master our CRM software to build a book of business. With a database of over 30,000 past customers, you have a massive network to tap into immediately.
• Deal Closing: Learn the paperwork, compliance, and legalities of a "start to finish" sale. Why Join the Finnicum Team?
