Position Licensed Medicare Sales Agent Location Deerfield Beach, FL (On-site) Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a Medicare-focused health insurance organization dedicated to helping seniors make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage. They operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that rewards consistency, professionalism, and results. Agents are supported with structure, clear expectations, and the opportunity to grow within a competitive sales culture. Key Responsibilities * Sell Medicare Advantage and related Medicare products * Educate Medicare-eligible clients on available plan options * Conduct needs assessments and guide clients through enrollment * Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines * Consistently meet or exceed application volume targets Requirements * Active Health Insurance License * AHIP Certification * Newly licensed encouraged to apply!!! * Licensed in at least one of the following states: FL, GA, NC * Strong sales mindset with the ability to perform in a production-based environment * If transitioning from another agency, release letters must be in hand for those with experience Compensation & Earnings Potential * Base Pay: $600 Commission Per Application * 10-13 applications: $30 per application * 14-17 applications: $40 per application * 18-21 applications: $50 per application * 22+ applications: $70 per application Join a Team That Values Performance This organization is built for agents who want transparency, accountability, and the opportunity to earn more by producing more.
