Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives and elevate our market presence. Duties * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on outside sales channels to generate new business opportunities * Manage key accounts through proactive account management, ensuring guest satisfaction and long-term partnership growth * Lead business development efforts by identifying new markets, prospects, and partnership opportunities in the hospitality sector * Provide input into marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, promotional activities, and brand positioning to increase market visibility * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize outreach efforts * Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to devise the ideal event for potential clients and guests * Conduct property walk-throughs and site visits, and follow up with guests for post-event feedback * Create and foster relationships with local Event Planners and destination management clientele. Skills * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus and preferred. * Previous hotel or restaurant (Food & Beverage) sales background preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership. * Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships. * Highly organized with strong time, event management, and multitasking skills. * Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) is a plus and preferred. * Ability to close deals and follow through until the event date. * Microsoft Office proficiency. * TripleSeat CRM platform experience is a plus and preferred. * Open Table platform experience is a plus and preferred. * Reliable, consistent work attendance is a requirement and essential function of this position.
