Full description of the position

* Actively seek out and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, canvassing, and networking. * Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and businesses to promote our roofing products and services. * Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed recommendations and estimates to potential clients. * Educate clients about the roofing process, materials, warranties, and financing options. * Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and competitive offerings. * Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to perform roof inspections (training can be provided if necessary). * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
