Position Overview: We are looking for a hungry, driven Phone Sales Representative who can eventuallyu take full ownership of the sales cycle--from the initial contact to the close. We are specifically looking for someone who is humble and can be calling our database of inbound leads all day. 50+ phone calls per day. You will be absorbing how to sell from one of our the co-founders who gets inbound calls and the latest leads. If you are someone who cannot be on the phones dialing all day, organized, interested in learning sales from the ground up for a high ticket item of a premium cold plunge brand experiencing growth, the we are not interested in hearing from you. Perks You will be able to cold plunge in the best devices in the world on a daily basis. If you are interested in biohacking, then this will be heaven for you. We will also have a sauna operational shortly that will be available to you. As you gain skills, you will be allowed to take over more of the sales process. You will experience both a salary and commissions. You'll be selling high-ticket, best-in-class wellness products to discerning customers, many of whom are athletes, health professionals, or high-performing individuals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and is motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on their success. Responsibilities: * 50+ phone calls per day to inbound leads in our database * Learn and absorb our sales process * Begin providing consultations and closing deals as skills improve Requirements: * 2+ years of experience selling high-ticket or premium products--ideally in the spa, wellness, or home luxury categories (hot tubs, saunas, pools, fitness equipment, etc.). * A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding quotas. * High energy, persuasive communication style, and strong emotional intelligence. * Resilience under pressure, with a "no excuses" mentality. * Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRMs (Zoho CRM and Go High Level is a plus). * Entrepreneurial mindset--this is a performance-first culture. * Passion for wellness and personal performance is a major bonus.
