Responsibilities * Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, both interior and exterior, at all times. * Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork and documentation to the office following each sale. * Present a consistently clean, professional appearance in line with company standards. * Obtain and maintain required certifications; company support for training and certification is available. Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Ability to create and present proposals using an iPad. * Strong attention to personal presentation and professionalism. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
