The area's largest dealership is in search of Call Center/Customer Service candidates. Our successful store in NJ due to our innovative strategies to drive customers to our store. A background in customer service or telemarketing is desired. This is a full-time position and there is NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED! Earn $45k to $80k per year salary and bonus. We provide our representatives with superior training in order to provide our customers with an exceptional purchase experience. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): * Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email inquiries. * Receive all inbound sales calls. * Set appointments with customers. * Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. * Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer. * Willingness to work in a team environment and follow directions. * Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals. * Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required. * Follow all company policies and procedures. * Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
