Welcome to The Berk Insurance Agency, a high-performance workplace where passion meets purpose. Were seeking a driven Insurance Sales Agent with a proven sales track recordand insurance experience is extremely important for success in this role. If you have recent and current Allstate insurance agency experience, you may qualify for expedited hiring in as little as two weeks. Candidates who complete the assessment immediately, and participate in a short video interview, can move through the process even faster. This is a true sales position, not a service role. Success here requires: A demonstrated background in sales (insurance experience strongly preferred) Comfort making daily outbound calls and contacting prospects The ability to manage and close leads throughout the full sales cycle Strong follow-up skills and a commitment to hitting goals This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends. Plese complete assetement right away to be considered. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Requirements
Licensing: Current Florida Property & Casualty License is mandatory for this role. Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales, preferably within the Allstate network or a comparable agency, is required. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Customer-Centric: A keen ability to empathize with clients and ensure their satisfaction with tailored insurance solutions. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage client portfolios and follow-ups effectively. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through cross-selling and relationship building. Teamwork: The ability to collaborate seamlessly with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is important.

Community Involvement: Promote a positive image of the agency by actively participating in community and networking events. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to better serve clients.
