Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to existing customers as well as prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify up-selling opportunities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and develop strategies that align with business goals. * Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills * Sales, preferably in an Industrial , Cables, Mfg, or Distribution * experience in outbound calling skills and working with existing customers. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
