In the position of Sales Insurance Agent, you can earn on average between $36,000-$60,000+ per year! HOW WILL YOU HELP CUSTOMERS? * Become an expert in insurance and educating our clients * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs * Comply with insurance standards and regulations * Track and identify areas of improvement internally and on behalf of our clients * Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, so providing a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must THE TEAM WE ARE BUILDING: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (recommended but not required) * Strong computer skills and willingness to learn to work within multiple quoting systems * Motivated by high earning potential * Ability to build great rapport with clients and the rest of the team * Excitement to create world-class client experiences * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Willingness to learn and try new things * Punctual and dependable GETTING YOUR INSURANCE LICENSE: * Property and Casualty Insurance License Required.
