Sales Representative - Custom Trailers (Bilingual) Haltom City, TX Full-Time | In-Office $35,000-$40,000 base + commission + performance incentives We're a fast-growing custom trailer company seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to lead sales at our Haltom City location. This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven role for someone who thrives working independently, takes ownership of their results, and wants long-term income growth tied directly to performance. This is not a scripted or heavily managed sales role. You'll often be the only person in the office, trusted to manage your day, your pipeline, and your customer relationships. What You'll Be Doing * Sell custom-built trailers including food trailers, mobile offices, restroom trailers, and specialty builds * Manage inbound leads, walk-ins, and proactive outreach * Own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing * Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline organization * Educate customers on trailer options, pricing, and timelines * Capture photos and short videos of trailers and customers to support organic social media content (guidelines provided) * Represent the brand professionally and build long-term customer trust What We're Looking For * Sales experience required (equipment, automotive, construction, retail, or similar) * Fluent in Spanish and English (required) * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Confident using email, CRM tools, and quoting tools * Comfortable being on camera for casual, professional content * Self-motivated and goal-oriented This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable managing their own day, staying productive without direct supervision, and taking ownership of results. Compensation & Growth * Base salary: $35,000 -$40,000 * Commission paid as a percentage of sales * Performance incentives for hitting and exceeding sales goals * Opportunity to earn higher commission rates over time * Clear path to increased earnings as sales volume grows Trial / Ramp-Up Period This position includes an initial trial (ramp-up) period to ensure a strong mutual fit. During this time, success is measured by responsiveness, follow-up consistency, pipeline activity, and product knowledge progress -- not just closed deals. Long-term growth and commission increases are tied to performance and consistency.
