As an entry-level Account Associate, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and solutions specialist, working to provide stellar customer service and sales support while understanding customer needs, delivering tailored product recommendations, and fostering long-term account loyalty. The entry-level Account Associate bridges customer service, sales support, and account management to ensure all customers receive a streamlined and personalized experience.

Responsibilities

of an Entry Level Account Associate

• Serve as the initial point of contact between customers and our company, building relationships and providing insight into available products and ongoing customer service
• Participate in the development of sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of available products to the customer while offering consistent customer service
• Provide excellent customer service and support while promoting brand visibility throughout the Tarpon Springs area
• Stay up to date on all wireless services, product offerings, promotions, and technology updates to give customers the most accurate information during customer service calls
• Attend all client and company meetings, brainstorm solutions, and identify areas of improvement across the organization to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications

of an Entry Level Account Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Patient, empathetic individuals with a passion for customer service who are able to resolve problems effectively
• Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, customers, and coworkers
