About the Role We are seeking a polished and proactive Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing Private Client team. This individual will be responsible for managing a book of personal insurance clients, providing exceptional service, thoughtful coverage guidance, and hands-on claims advocacy. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day servicing for assigned personal insurance accounts * Build lasting relationships with clients and carrier partners * Prepare renewals, re-marketing, and coverage reviews * Advise clients on coverage needs and risk-management best practices * Handle endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims coordination * Collaborate with our internal team to deliver a seamless client experience Qualifications * Minimum of 2+ years of Personal Lines account management experience (Private Client or High-Net-Worth experience preferred) * Active Illinois P&C license (or ability to obtain promptly) * Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills * Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred) * Desire to work in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment What We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Annual bonus potential * 401(k) plan * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Supportive, collaborative in-office culture If you're looking to join a respected, growing, and client-focused independent agency with more than a century of trusted relationships -- we'd love to hear from you.
