Duties - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales - Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Experience in jewelry sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is desirable As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their product selection, and maximizing sales through upselling and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the sales floor and ensuring that merchandise is stocked and organized. To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service. Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transactions. Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
