Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home improvement sales experience
• Proven closing ability with a strong track record
• Ability to diagnose homeowner needs and present solutions clearly
• Strong communication and inhome presentation skills
• Comfortable with performancebased income
• Organized, selfdriven, and committed to personal success
