Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You 'll Be Doing (Every Day) * Call property owners relentlessly (warm & cold leads) * Take control of conversations and uncover real motivation * Analyze deals and present strong cash offers * Negotiate aggressively but ethically * Get contracts signed and push deals to closing * Follow up until the seller says yes or no * Track everything accurately in CRM * Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs -- no excuses Qualifications: Who We're Looking For * Closers.
