What you'll do as a Licensed Customer Service Agent: Proactively service customers' policies before their renewals and make sure they're properly covered. Identify and assess customers' needs and cross- sell. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
