Business Development Representative (BDR) HIGH COMMISSION High Commission | Six-Figure Potential | Growth Opportunity Location: Owings Mills, Maryland Compensation: Low base salary + aggressive commission (six-figure OTE in Year 1) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to fuel our growth by generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance- based environment and wants uncapped earning potential. If you're hungry, confident on the phone, and motivated by commissions--not capped salaries--this role is for you. What You 'll Do * Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach * Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives * Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM * Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets * Develop strong product knowledge and communicate value clearly to prospects * Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Competitive mindset with a strong desire to earn commission * Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Sales experience is a plus, but not required --we provide training * Experience with Title Industry, Real Estate or Mortgage a plus Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles * Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence * Customer service mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about driving growth through proactive outreach, possess a keen understanding of B2B sales dynamics, and thrive in a role that challenges you to develop your skills every day.
