Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Tire Sales & Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while promoting our new & used tire services. You will also assist in the service area when needed to perform tire installation & repair services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction along with company culture. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. * Provide information about automotive tire services and products, assisting customers in making informed decisions. * Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our POS software tools. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, and reporting discrepancies. * Perform tire installation & tire repair services. * Collaborate with the sales/operations manager to drive sales growth through excellent customer service. * Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers with technical inquiries when necessary. * Ensure the customer service & shop areas are organized and welcoming at all times. * Follow company culture of exceeding expectations at all times. * Tasks requested by management Requirements * Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive tire industry. * Strong phone call & text etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in sales management tasks. * Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS/Inventory systems. * Basic knowledge of automotive service practices is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to perform manual labor of installing & repairing automotive tires.
