Qualifications: * Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California. * Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required. * Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. * Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals. * Comfortable using technology and online tools to manage client interactions. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
