Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth through effective relationship building and strategic negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales and have a passion for exceeding targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and identify potential areas for growth. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. * Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. * Experience in business development or account management is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. * Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
