About the Role We are hiring a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to work in person at our Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate has fluent English , knowledge of diesel engines , and a strong customer service mindset. You will assist customers by answering product questions, processing orders, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales team. Salary & Benefits * Salary range: $45,000 -$50,000 per year (based on experience) * Health benefits * Paid time off & paid holidays * Opportunities for raises and advancement * In-person work environment * Monday-Friday schedule Key Responsibilities * Provide professional customer service in fluent English * Assist customers with diesel engine and turbocharger product inquiries * Prepare quotes, enter orders, and manage returns * Keep customer records updated in CRM/ERP systems * Support outside sales with follow-ups and account coordination * Communicate with warehouse/logistics to ensure order accuracy and timely shipping * Troubleshoot customer issues and provide product fitment guidance * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Requirements * English fluency (spoken and written) * Knowledge of diesel engines (turbos, injectors, heavy-duty parts, etc.) * Customer service or inside sales experience preferred * Strong phone and written communication skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency with computers (email, CRM/ERP, Excel) * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to work on-site in Miami, FL * Experience in diesel, automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industries * Familiarity with brands like Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, CAT, Detroit , etc. * Order-entry or CRM/ERP experience * Bilingual Spanish is a plus * Sales-driven mindset Work Location On-site at our offices: * Miami, Florida Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
