Job Responsibilities * Greet and engage customers, educating them on our products and programs to help make their design dreams into reality * Provide world class customer service that customers tell their friends and family about * Assist in basic showroom maintenance (dusting, vacuuming, straightening furniture, tagging, etc) * Answer phones and assist customers with both sales leads and existing order questions * Learn and maintain knowledge of products and services * Work with the customers from start to finish in a sale, including initial greeting to cashing out, including any relevant financing programs and delivery scheduling Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Rochester, NY 14626 (Required) Work Location: In person
