* JIT Express is a growing logistics company in Miami seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Representative to develop new business and manage domestic shipping accounts (FTL/LTL). What You 'll Do: * Prospect and close new domestic shipping accounts * Build and maintain customer relationships * Identify shipping needs and provide pricing solutions * Work with operations to ensure successful shipments * Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals What We 're Looking For: * Sales experience required (logistics/transportation a plus) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Comfortable in a commission-based role Pay & Benefits: * Base salary: $42,000-$52,000 (based on experience) * Uncapped commission based on gross profit * OTE: $65,000-$85,000+ in first year * Paid time off & holidays * Growth opportunities Schedule: * Monday-Friday * In-person (Miami office) * We are a drug-free workplace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
