• JIT Express is a growing logistics company in Miami seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Representative to develop new business and manage domestic shipping accounts (FTL/LTL). What You 'll Do:
• Prospect and close new domestic shipping accounts
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Identify shipping needs and provide pricing solutions
• Work with operations to ensure successful shipments
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals What We 're Looking For:
• Sales experience required (logistics/transportation a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Benefits

• Base salary: $42,000-$52,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission based on gross profit
• OTE: $65,000-$85,000+ in first year
