We're seeking a Clinical Sales Manager who can convey the value of our services to patients in a win-win consultative sales environment. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, self confident, and driven to achieve results over other drivers such as verbal appreciation and harmony. They can think quickly on their feet and intuitively take the most direct path to a successful outcome. Lastly, they will want to dynamically grow with an innovative, fast growing company that is dominating the landscape. Responsibilities * Conduct win-win consultative presentations with pre-qualified prospects. * Present value-add offerings to new and existing patients * Move leads through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages. * Play a crucial role in developing new revenue-generating opportunities and carving new paths to success for the company * Reactivate patients Qualifications * 3+ years of proven experience in a face-to-face consultative sales environment is a must * Agility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment * Ability to multi-task and make ideas come to life * Capabile of creating your own outcomes, independently of others * Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate our services to patients * Collaborate with our marketing, sales, doctors, and leadership team to affect the best outcomes About Intero Chiropractic Intero Chiropractic offers an innovative approach to healthcare and has the vision to elevate the standard of chiropractic.
