WE ARE ACTIVELY HIRING! We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Associates to help serve our local communities. We are hiring for positions in San Jose and surrounding cities. (San Jose & Bay Area) Below is a summary of the job opportunity: Position: Outside Sales Associate Location: San Jose and surrounding cities. (San Jose, East Palo Alto, Sunnyvale) Pay Rate: $17.95 to $40 per hour (depending on experience and location activity) Job Type: Full-time (35-40 hours per week) Responsibilities: * Set up outreach locations (tent or outdoor setup) and engage with the community. * Qualify individuals for free government-subsidized phone services throught the CA lifeline program (no sales involved). * Assist with completing forms and distributing phones and tablets with unlimited calls, texts, and data. * Promote services and ensure customer satisfaction within the designated locations. * Maintain regular communication with management and adhere to company guidelines. What We Offer: * Hourly pay: $17.95 to $40 per hour, based on experience and location activity. With $21 as starting during training weeks * Paid weekly every Friday. * Full benefits package: Including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid training and all necessary equipment are provided (tent, devices, marketing materials). Requirements: * Open availability preferred; must be able to work outdoors. * Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required. * Must have car to commute to different outreach locations. * Must have reliable phone to perform work related task * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * A passion for community engagement.
