We are seeking highly motivated bilingual sales representatives to join our growing team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales. We sell new and used vehicles, have an open floor (no up- system) and have over 800 vehicles in stock. This position is 100% commission biweekly letting you drive your income to what you want based on your hard work, dedication and sales. Our top salesperson can earn up to $200K per year. There is also an annual holiday bonus. Requirements * (2) years previous sales experience preferred * AUTO SALES experience is a plus! * Bilingual (written and spoken) both English and Spanish are required * Professional appearance * Self-motivated and results oriented * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are required * Willing to learn, team player, receptive to new ideas * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. * Must have a valid Driver 's License and a clean driving record (no major infractions) * Must pass a Drug Test *Benefits: * High Volume dealership! * Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and Life insurance * Employee discount * Annual Holiday Bonus If you are a driven, results-oriented sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today.
